Hey Lahti - you are in for a treat!!! We, as in Lahti Burleski, are organizing one helluva show at the beautiful and historical Pikkuteatteri on Friday, November 29th. The line-up consists of some of the absolute top crop of Finnish burlesque and I can honestly say it´ll be the sparkliest event of this Xmas season in town!

Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender
Las Vegas.
I really don´t know how to accurately capture the trip we did, mine & hubby´s first, to the (in)famous Burlesque Hall of Fame weekender that started out at the goat farm in Helendale and was moved to Vegas later. I´ve heard the stories and seen the photos but it still was pretty surreal.
I want to thank the organizers, the LEGENDS (I got to take classes with Camille2000, Miss Toni Elling & Penny Starr Sr. -just amazing...) and congratulations to all the new royalty!
It was both inspirational and educaional seeing all the showcases: Thursdays Movers, Shakers & Innovators, Friday´s legends on stage in Titans of Tease (SO many feelings that night!!!) , Saturday-nights Tournament of Tease as well as Sundays Icons & Allstars. Thank you everyone for sharing your magic and special love to our Finnish Tangobatics for a f-n amazing show!
It´s been a pleasure meeting old friends and making some new ones, having drinks by the pool, getting to make a photo shoot in old Vegas (thanks Neil!) as well as just enjoying Vegas to the full.
It´s a hike to get there (from here...) but totally worth the trip <3 Here´s some snippets, jetlagged AF still but riding high on the memories. KIITOS our traveling buddies Miss Acrolicous & Handsom Stark- you´re the bees knees!

Lahti Pride and Summer vibes
I´m performing tonight at the Lahti Pride evening event at Seurahuone, join me & Dolly Poupee and other fabulous people - showtime is at 11pm!
Do notice that the event is discrimination free and a safe space (as every event everywhere should be)!
I´m also super stoked to be going to the Burlesque Hall of Fame, Las Vegas for the first time ever this year!!! Can´t WAIT to meet friends and make new ones, take some workshops by Legends and root for our travel companions & dear friends Miss Acrolicious & Handsome Stark (Tangobatics) who will be performing in the Best Small Group-category on Saturday!
Now all I have to do is survive the last week of my day job :)

Tähtisumu- Last Call
So many of Helsinki´s venues where there´s burlesque will close for one reason or the other -it´s almost like a curse!!! Dubrovnik, the legendary bar downstairs from Corona, will undergo some renovations and nobody knows what the future holds...So, I hope you have tix and will join us all for the celebration of Frank Doggenstein´s (The Hellsinki Hot Dog) 10th burlesque anniversary and say a last, glitzy goodbye to Tähtisumua!
